Privacy Policy

School of Stocks ("SOS", "we"), a brand run by Kartikeya Vajpayee and not yet a registered company, runs this website, SOS Circle, and our Instagram, Facebook and Telegram channels. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Why we use it

To send you the material you asked for, reply to you, run your membership and billing, sort new enquiries with a transparent rule-based checklist (never an automated decision about you), and improve our education. We do not sell your data or share it for other companies' marketing.

Who processes it for us

Supabase (database, hosted in Mumbai, India), Vercel (website hosting), Razorpay (payments), Resend and Google Gmail (email), Telegram and Meta (the messages you send us there), and AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) that help our team draft replies and content. Some of these providers store data outside India under their own security commitments.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and lead data for up to 24 months after your last contact. Membership and billing records for as long as the law requires us to keep accounts (usually 8 years). SOS Circle activity records for up to 400 days. After that we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw your consent, or unsubscribe at any time by writing to our Grievance Officer. We reply within 30 days.

Grievance Officer
